FTP Access to Media Files

Current FTP Server is FileZilla 0.99 for anime.taosystems.net

Access for user 'anonymous' to the FTP is limited to 2 connections per IP.
Access for a valid site user has a limit of 3 connections per IP.

This is neccessary because of limited bandwidth availablity, and to control
various downloaders that rely on multiple connections for 'faster' downloads.

Note: search requires '*' for wild-card matching, such as "AMV*chobits"

The FTP is used not so much as to protect the files as it is used to limit the number
of downloads that each user can perform simultanously.
